The developer of the Grinder property is bringing his team to KHG’s board meeting next week on Tuesday, February 13th.

Come out and get the latest updates on this project. Bring your questions, concerns and/or kudos and be heard. The developer recently reported that he expects approval soon from the City. This might be your last chance to be heard.

The meeting will be held in the Community Room at fire station #5 at 7 pm next Tuesday.

Representatives of your Board have met several times with the developer as this project has progressed. Because the project is proposed within existing laws and zoning, and there don’t appear to be any obvious DPR violations proposed, your KHG Board does not anticipate formally voting on any matters related to this project.

This does not mean that the developer and/or our Councilman won’t listen to input, so please come out and be heard.
