NOTICE OF ELECTION INFORMATION

The Kentwood Home Guardians will hold a vote to elect directors.

Ballots will be sent to all Members indicated on the Voter List. Ballots may be mailed or delivered to the following address so long as the ballot is received no later than 5 pm on Friday, September 17, 2021:

Westchester, CA 90045

If your ballot is hand-delivered to the above address, please use the mail slot on our office door, as our office is still closed to the public due to COVID. Ballots may not be hand-delivered to the Annual Meeting this year.

The ballots are scheduled to be opened and tabulated at an open Association meeting on Saturday, September 18th at 1 pm via Zoom. Access to the meeting will be provided at a later date.

Please note that any general mailing address changes sent to Association management will not necessarily change a mailing address listed on a Voter List that has already been created. The member is responsible to verify that information and make necessary corrections with the Inspector of Election by emailing elections@kentwoodhomeguardians.com.
