Kentwood Home Guardians is having its Annual Member meeting and Board of Directors election on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Meeting details will be provided to our members at a later date. There are three Director seats up for election, each for a two-year term.
Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a Nomination Form by 11:59 PM on Thursday, April 6, 2023 to elections@kentwoodhomeguardians.com.

Timely submitted and qualified candidates will appear on the ballot.
To qualify a candidate must meet the criteria in the Election Rules, including:
- be a member at the time of nomination
- be current in the payment of assessments (excludes fines, payment plans, and payments under protests)
- only 1 owner from a Lot is eligible
- cannot have a criminal conviction that will negatively impact the Association’s fidelity insurance
A person can self-nominate. If you are disqualified for whatever reason, this is the Association’s offer to engage in an internal dispute resolution with you.
