Assessments have been mailed and we want to remind members about the following due dates:

• Assessments Due on Nov 1, 2024
• Assessments Delinquent on Dec 1, 2024

Assessments remaining unpaid on December 1st will incur a $10 late fee (or 10%, whichever is greater) added and interest accrues monthly thereafter. You can read more in the association’s Collections Policy on our website.

Payments can be made in our membership portal, by check to the address on your statement, or by dropping a check through the mail slot at our office:

Please Note: We have received questions about why members are receiving statements now when they just paid an assessment in February. Last year’s mailing was late due to a technical glitch. We are back to our regular schedule, as you will see in the Collections Policy.
