Operations Manager

Audrey Melton is our Operations Manager. Audrey has been a Kentwood resident since 1994 and a Kentwood homeowner since 2000. Audrey loves living in Kentwood and enjoys her neighbors and community. Her background is in sales and customer service and she has been able to step in and make a contribution right away.

Audrey is continuing the good work Suzann Rogers did answering questions and assisting Kentwood residents in resolving issues with the City, local institutions and neighbors. Audrey welcomes member questions and can assist members by contacting City officials or sending a letter. Audrey is responsible for coordinating KHG mailings, recording assessment payments, providing escrow companies with KHG documentation, and maintaining the office and KHG records. She is also a huge help to KHG’s Board of Directors and coordinates other volunteers, as well.
