  1. okay, so you’ve sent this out …. at least a portion of it. too bad the whole agenda isn’t accessible because it apparently isn’t loaded yet. OOP’S!!!! that’s what we get. Tommy

  2. Add in new business penalties for not paying home guardian dues. This can add income so can pay lawyers for other necessary actions. Our dues are so inexpensive that they should not be ignored by property owners. Eg. File lien. I know of Homeowner Associations (this is not one, but similar) that charge penalties if your HOA is not paid monthly.
