Changes at the end of 2019 to the laws governing homeowners associations require that we amend our election rules.
Notice is hereby given that our Board of Directors engaged counsel to amend our rules to conform to the new law, and the Board has preliminarily adopted the rules you’ll find at this link.

Pursuant to Davis Stirling, association members have 28 days to review and comment on the proposed rules. Please submit all comments by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “ELECTION RULE COMMENTS” in the subject line no later than April 25th.
On April 27th or another date soon thereafter, the association shall notice and hold an open meeting to discuss public comments and adopt a final set of rules.
