As previously announced, KHG is holding its Annual Meeting & Election on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a Nomination Form by 11:59 PM on Thursday, April 6, 2023 to elections @ kentwoodhomeguardians.com. Read the entire Call For Nominations Statement here.

This is the countdown to the election:

Thursday, April 6th: Nominations Forms Are Due

After April 6th and Before Ballots Are Due: Candidate Forum (date to be announced)

Tuesday, April 25th:

• Appoint Inspector of Elections
• Set Date, Time & Place for Ballot Opening/Counting
• Send Notice of Election Information
• Prepare Voter List & Certificate of Voter List
• Approve Ballot Mailing
• Confirm Nominees Meet Qualifications
• Provide Inspector with a copy of the Voter list

Thursday, May 25th:

• Work with Inspector to Mail Ballot Packages
• Link to Election Rules Needs To Be In Ballot Package

Saturday, June 24th – Annual Meeting & Election

Saturday, July 8th – Last Day To Announce Election Results
