   1. Los Angeles City Planners will make a special presentation to members regarding the draft Community Plan Update for Westchester/Playa and its implications for Kentwood
2. Community Comments
   1. Agenda & Non-Agenda Items; 15 minutes total; 2 minute limit per speaker
      1. This period may be expanded in the President’s discretion to accommodate questions and/or comments directed to the planners
